Our refund policy is as follows:

Full refund until one week prior to start of program (as often one withdrawal risks the entire program being cancelled)

• 50% refund during the first 1/4 of any program
• No refunds offered after 1/4 of program has finished

COVID-19 POLICY:

VTT abides by the health and safety protocols recommended by Public Health. In the event that new restrictions are imposed and a class (or classes) need to be cancelled you will receive a refund for that class. However, if classes are permitted to continue and you choose you are no longer comfortable sending your child, the missed class (es) will be at your own expense.
