Football FUNdamentals by First Step Football

 

Boys and Girls, Grade 3 – 4, Suitable for all experience levels

 

In Football Fundamentals, we introduce young athletes to the sport of football and the development of basic physical literacy.  Social development and fun are central to this program!  Program objectives include:

  • Practice and master fundamental movement skills 
  • Introduce football specific skills
  • Emphasize overall development of the ABC’s of athleticism: agility, balance, coordination and speed
  • Introduction to competition and basics of rules

Restrictions

Participants must currently be in grades 3 to 4.
